Physical Screen
- Screen Size is measured in inches from corner to corner. Examples: 17 inches (small), 21 inches (big)
- Screen Aspect Ratio is measured by proportion Width:Height. Examples: 4:3 (normal), 16:9 (panoramic)

Graphic Card
- Screen Resolution is measured in pixels WidthxHeight. Examples: 1024x768 (low), 1280x1024 (high)
- Screen Color depth is measured by a number of bits. Examples: 16 (medium), 32 (highest)
Browsers
- Each Platform (PC or Mac) has got its own Operating System (For PC: Windows, Linux | For Mac: OS), and each Operating System has got its own Browsers availables
- Browser Names: Mozilla FIREFOX, Internet EXPLORER, Apple SAFARY, Google CHROME, OPERA (Mac)
- Browser Window Size If Maximized: Width is equal to Screen Resolution | Height is a bit less than Screen Resolution (due to Operating System bottom bar)
- Browser Content Area (fold) Width is a bit less than Browser Window Size (due to right scroll bar) | Height is less than Browser Window Size (due top browser chrome that can vary from different users)
Browser Cache Memory
- Cache Memory is a physical space in your computer where the browser stores the last version of a page, so when you request that page again, if that page takes long time to download, the browser takes that version in the cache memory instead of the real page.
- Clear the Cache Memory: to load the new real live version of that page you have to clear the cache memory by:
- Reload or Refresh that page again in the browser (or press F5 key)
- In Internet Explorer: Tools > Delete Browsing History > Temporary Internet files > Delete (button). Then press F5 key
- In Mozilla Firefox: Tools > Clear Recent History > Select Cache > Clear Now (button). Then press F5 key
- Add a question mark "?" at the end of your page with some characters, ie: www.domain.com/page.html?12345
